Montessori Waves is a billingual private Preschool and Crèche situated in Calodyne. Our aim is to offer children of the locality a Montessori curriculum. We are committed to foster a fun and positve learning environment for your child. It has been recognised that the learning process extends far beyond the mere transmission of knowledge. But it encompasses that the creation of an atmosphere that nurtures intellectual curiosity, emotional well-being, and personal growth. Therefore, the outdoor is additionally a valued part of our classroom and our curriculum. Our outdoor activities includes regular Beach School activities and outings .As various beaches are at the doorstep of Calodyne, we will be taking  full advantage of the local beaches and make them our playground weekly.

We are  driven by the commitment  to offer your child an education which is based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play. In our classrooms children are encouraged to make their creative choices in their learning, while the classroom and our trained teacher offer age-appropriate activities to guide the process.

Each learning material at Montessori Waves Preschool and Crèche have been designed to provide a wide variety of learning experiences geared towards the developmental needs of young children.  Every activity involves experience with unique materials proven to be intensely fascinating for the young child.  When a child is engaged in a structured activity, the child experience inner satisfaction leaving them with a positive attitude towards everything connected with school. 

At Montessori Waves, we believe that childhood is a magical time of  exploration and discovery for the children. From learning to count and recognise letters to developing social skills and develop creativity, each day is an adventure.

Through storytelling, songs, art projects, and interactive games, children build a strong foundation that sets the stage for lifelong learning. It's a period where curiosity is encouraged, friendships are formed, and every moment is brimming with potential.

Our mission is to  provide high quality Montessori education and service to you and to your child. Hence, we will provide fresh, varied and healthy food to your child. Our meals are freshly prepared on the premises. We have a varied seasonal menus include a range of options to make healthy eating easier for everyone. Our menus are nutritionally well balanced to ensure we meet all children’s dietary and cultural needs, as well as exploring different tastes at mealtimes. 

Eating is about more than food, it is a social event too, and the staff join your child’s mealtimes. Mealtimes are a relaxed and social part of the day where we all sit down and eat together. Staff encourage interaction between the children, good table manners and the development of social skills.

Breakfast and  seasonal and fresh variety of snacks will be available throughout the morning and afternoon sessions. 

Our extra curriculum activities we will be swimming lessons and yoga classes to our young students Weekly. At Montessori Waves, we believe that learning to swim at a young age offers a wide range of benefits for children, from safety to physical and cognitive development.
